Coming up!

We have some exciting events coming up at Latitude- and you can join us for all of them!

April 27th + 29th, 10:30-11:30am (part of our 4th Annual Health + Wellness Series)
Intro to Chair Yoga...a free intro to Chair Yoga. This class is taught by our friend Teresa Thompson of GrassRootsYoga. Please call ahead to reserve space: (859) 806-0195

May 2nd, 2-5pm
Opening reception at Latitude for GrassRootsYoga. This event is a must! GrassRootsYoga was founded by Teresa Thompson who has done much work in the disabilities community. Her new organization provides yoga opportunities for everyone.

May 5th 11am-12pm (part of our 4th Annual Health + Wellness Series)
Meet Andrea James, our 1st District Councilperson. Andrea is a terrific advocate for those of us considered to have disabilities. She serves on the Commission for Citizens with Disabilities and is a total community activist. Among other things she is going to talk to us about how we can be great advocates for ourselves!
