Project Easy Access Lexington (PEAL) Day of the Dead Shrine
On Monday November 3rd from 12pm- 1pm PEAL will be paying tribute to those pedestrians and drivers who have been injured at the intersection of N. Broadway and Short streets. All Latitude artists are creating a shrine which will be displayed for one hour at this intersection.(see blog for pics) As some of you may remember PEAL conducted a survey of this intersection in June 2007and discovered that in 100 cycles of the lights- 106 motorists drove through a red light. Yes we counted!
